2 stars because this place is supposed to open up at 5 a.m. We stopped by at 5:15 before our long 8 hour drive home and it was closed!!! It made for a very long trip. Not cool Starbucks!!!

THE SLOWEST STARBUCKS YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER. Drive through= SLOW. Think going inside will speed up your experience? That's a big NO. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Yes, the traffic sucks in the area but it isn't unbearable. As far as this Starbucks itself goes, I love it. They make my drink perfect every time and have a good bit of space inside and even have some nice seating outside which is nice in the summer months. It does get pretty crowded because, hey, people love their Starbucks. But they seem to do a good job of getting the crowd to flow along.

Nothing wrong with our venti iced hazelnut black teas, but I definitely didn't see the promotional sign for the salted caramel mochas until after we'd placed our orders. Lots of seating in this independent building. Bulletin board by the door with local flyers. Cheerful service, very efficient.

Starbucks is Starbucks, so no major surprises here. My only beef - getting to this location sucks! The traffic is horrible in the outlet mall, and the entrance to this Starbucks is right by a traffic light. Yikes. Also a little annoying for my wife - the lock on the womens bathroom was broken, so they posted a weird sign saying to "use the bathroom at your own risk", implying that it's not their fault if someone walks in on you. How about taking the time to call a locksmith rather than making a janky sign? A little effort goes a long way you lazy baristas.

I made two visits to this Starbucks during a week's stay in Miramar Beach. Neither visit impressed me. On my first visit I ordered a Venti Drip, and the kid gave me a confused look and a, "huh?" I had to explain to him that meant brewed coffee. On my second visit, the place was busy, which resulted in a ten-minute wait for a Mocha. They can do better.

Have been here a few times, I try and go to other locations (Destin Commons) but this one is larger and provides more study room. Every time I have been there, they have messed up my order. Today, ordered hot drink with non-fat, and got a frappacino with full fat milk and whip. Then waitied for them to re-make without an apology. $5.30 for a drink deserves much better customer service.

This Starbucks have got to be the Worst Starbucks out there. I understand sometimes you can have a messed up order here and there. But it's different here, it's continuously bad! They always messes up the drink orders. It's never made right. They're even slow at taking down the orders too. They definitely need to hire and retrain a better work crew. Awful and disappointing!

I've been to this location several times on different trips down... They are busier because of the swarm of tourist that have found destin.... But let's be honest the increase in tourism is killing the friendliness of locals because for some reason the tourist think they are special. Regardless this Starbucks is fine and if you are having to wait it's probably not the employee withholding coffee it's the tourist in front of you being a pain or you're the tourist being a pain.

I cannot say that I have had an awful experience at Starbucks until visiting this one. Wow! It took more than 20 minutes to have a latte made at 6pm on a Sunday. Once it was complete it tasted like sugared water, as if the coffee was skipped altogether. I had them remake it just to have to same bad drink replicated. This cannot be a true Starbucks franchise , the experience here is uniquely bad and I can't image that Starbucks would allow their name to be tarnished like this.

Went at around 8 o clock one night and I thought it was closed because there was no exterior lights. Of course the drive thru was long but I was craving hot chocolate. I ordered a hot chocolate and my friend ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. Finally was able to pay and waited another 2 minutes to get our hot chocolates. I get my hot chocolates and it wasn't even hot...it wasn't even warm!! I paid $5 for a cold chocolate that was half full of whipped cream. I know I asked for extra but they over did it!! I will NOT be back to this Starbucks.
